I have been out sick and when i am out sick I quit posting on this account because I mainly stick to posts about $EDS or fitness.
I will get a post about $EDS out sometime this week. I have really increased my holdings and plan to do so again soon. Funny word soon.
But my break from being sick is over. Monday I get back to training. My old boss used to try to hang around people who had the flu. He said it was the easiest way to lose 10 lbs.
Will I have lost a lot of weight and also spent a lot of time researching the best meal prep meals.
I am ready to hit the deck running on monday and keep this sickness weight loss off and not put it back on.

I have followed the Ethier guy for a bit. I like most of his stuff. I have a lot of this stuff already and will stick pretty close to this to start out.

Using whipped cottage cheese seems like a great idea for all my burritos that i make. I eat burritos every other week or so. adding cottage cheese to my recipes will be a bonus I think. I will keep you posted.
I am ready to get after it. I need to get back on track. 4 days in bed with a fever has me itching to go.
