sciatic nerve pain

Pain associated with the sciatic nerve usually originates higher along the spinal cord when nerve roots become compressed or damaged from narrowing of the vertebral column or from a slipped disk. Symptoms can include tingling, numbness, or pain, which radiates to the buttocks legs and feet.

It has been a rough days for me for sure. I am not sure what is causing this but it kinda came out of the blue. I hope that it will go away soon.

I had some grandparents that really struggles with this but I am only 36 and do not want to have to deal with this for long. I think my plan of attack is to get started on some stretch and a few exercises.

I will start with these and see if they help. A buddy who helps with therapy sent it to me.

Hope to really research the next few days to find ways that I can combat this and not have it happen again once I get it fixed.

It's amazing how fast you realize how lucky you are to have a healthy life when you have to start dealing with long times of pain. I know people deal with it for weeks or years at a time and I am hoping to avoid that.

I probably need to quit complaining and just try to fix this.

I will try to keep up the workouts and stuff even when it pain.
