So if I understand you correctly, Web 2.0 is an advertising based business model that pays the content creators very little, and offers them very little control over their accounts and the networks they build, all of which can be taken from them at a whim, no matter how long they have worked to buold it. Plus they are censored.
While Web 3.0 givens content creators a. more assured way to earn money, control over their accounts and their networks, and no censorship.
Then on top of those things, web 3.0 has the potential to build an ecosystem where the programatic dollars like HBD can be used in a true circular economy with no bleed off to rent seekers, and potentially disconnected from fiat as it is used instead of fiat.
