This salad is of nutritional value. It's healthy, with protein and other nourishing elements, as well as incredibly delicious.
Ingredients:
▪ Boiled quinoa
▪ Tomatoes
▪ Cucumber
▪ Avocado
▪ Lemon
▪ Red onions
▪ Olive oil
Preparation:
We wait in tin tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and mix them together with the first quinoan prepared.
In a container we put the two lemon juice, a little salt, pepper, olive oil, and stir well, creating a homogenous mass.
We place on the plate all of these ingredients mixed together, and optionally we can add the red sliced cut into small pieces.
