Great idea for what I hope doesn’t turn out to be a really sucky contest :). I can relate to your fear — I ran my first contest a couple of weeks ago after putting off a while, fretting. Two people participated, which I think means it pretty much sucked. I haven’t been right since :). I’ve been a little too busy to post lately, but I might have to come out of the woodwork to share something embarrassing.
