Chelsea Do not Agree EPL Match Schedule Held Christmas Eve - Chelsea's side have given support to Chelsea Supporters Trust who objected on the planned schedule of Premier League matches on Christmas Eve.

Previously, rumors circulated that Sky plans to broadcast 2 Premier League matches on Christmas Eve. One of them is a bigmatch game between Liverpool and Arsenal which is planned to be held on Christmas Eve. While Chelsea are scheduled to meet Everton on December 23, it is likely to be moved on Christmas Eve.

Regarding that, Chelsea Supporter Trust will also face similar difficulties with Liverpool supporters, if Sky moves Chelsea's schedule on Christmas Eve.

"The Chelsea Supporters Trust writes to the club this week to express its objection to the match scheduled for Christmas Eve. They oppose the idea because it will cause trouble for the fans in terms of transportation. In addition, it also destroys what has long been considered a sacred family time, "Chelsea's management wrote in an official statement as quoted by the London Evening Standard.

Although some clubs have expressed their reluctance on the prospect of having to play on Christmas Eve, but they will ultimately be powerless to stop the match if the English Premier League organizers give the green light on Sky's plan.

Standard Sport reported last week that Arsenal's game against Liverpool will make fans struggle to find transportation on Christmas Day, considering the last train from Euston to Liverpool, as well as having a scheduled departure around 18:00 local time.
