The newest Win10 Cumulative update wrecks havoc on drivers. I find that I have to go to C: Drive > Windows > SoftwareDistribution > Download (folder) then delete all contents in this folder. It's the old school Windows update dump we used to do back in the day.

Then remove all your drivers, reboot, run Windows Update, then re-install the drivers. Yes, its a pain but it's worked for me. Very annoying.
