Yesterday's big winner was Northrop Grumman with a $3.6 billion defense contract for Large Aircraft Infrared Counter Measures (LAIRCM) equipment and support. The company also received a $7.9 million modification (increase) to an earlier contract for repair publications in support of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft.
