I note you do not address the actual content itself, and thereby fail to rationally judge it's value. Given that Hive has no native video function, I also account your plaint that it is merely reposted here silly, since there is no native way to post video on Hive, but all videos on Hive have that identical characteristic.
Is it your goal to eliminate video content from Hive? Are you equally flagging all video content posted on Hive?
The flimsiness of your rationale for flagging this post and the fact you do not address the actual content of the post at all suggests you are actually disagreeing with the opinion of the poster, and make such pretense because you know such censorship is not only extremely troubling to the Hive community, but utterly contrary to the very raison d'etre of Hive, which is censorship resistance.
IMHO you should either address my specific points and comment on the content of the video, or withdraw your flag.

It has nothing to do with censorship. Authors are free to run their blogs powered by Hive with visibility set whatever they like.
You're downvoting ALL of my posts. I guess you don't like me promoting Hive to 153,000 subscribers plus tens of thousands on other platforms. Again, like I said, unfortunate. Maybe I'll have to stop the promotion and explain why I'm doing so.
How many of these "153000 subscribers" have purchased Hive in order to support your work exclusively? I see 93 upvotes as of this writing. To be blunt, I'd say your "promotion of Hive" has been a miserable failure so far and needs work. Would you not be impressed with your efforts if 1% of your market purchased enough tokens to offer your posts a 10 cent daily vote? That's almost $28000 in your pocket after deductions (deductions that go their pockets) if you posted every day of the year... with only 1% of your following contributing.

I'm one of the main reasons people went on Steemit to begin with. I was their biggest promotion in the early days. You're right. I'll have to leave Hive and tell my viewers why. Thanks for that. :) You guys are great at keeping people on your site.
Yes, tell them you failed at explaining how they can support your work, plus earn for themselves for doing so. Be nice and clear about it. Show them the numbers and explain why you didn't want to offer to your following a few bucks for supporting your work. I'm sure they'll love you for it. Explain precisely why it's better for you to simply take their money and attention, while offering nothing in return. They'll applaud for you.
Also, if you're wondering why people don't stay on Hive and bring value here, you can now see why. It's people like you. I can't help if my viewers are put off by whales that don't give a damn about the few people actually supporting Hive. As a marketer, I have to say, y'all need help.

No whales would be downvoting you if you managed to attract paying consumers willing to purchase millions of tokens from the market in order to support your work. That's what you fail to realize.

And who needs help? It's been this long and you still fail to realize the potential here, even when I've laid out some simple math for you to think about. That's thousands of dollars annually, and you're sitting here whining about a few dollars downvoted, threatening to quit, then whine to your following to ice the cake? You clearly need help...
You consistently ask for donations. If someone donates, that consumer throws their money away, then has to donate again and again. They could spend that exact same amount of money, support you FOREVER with Hive upvotes, get a return on their investment, and you can still go ahead and buy new equipment, beer, salad, fries, whatever. It's a far better deal to you, as well as your consumers. That, is what all you folks with your big followings, fail, to realize. Plus, by creating demand for the token, yours and well as their holdings can potentially increase in value. One content creator working in this fashion can do a lot, now imagine if their were thousands working like this, and millions of paying consumers.
P.S. I didn't downvote you, nor am I a whale. Blaming me is in your nature though since, by the looks of things, spreading misinformation is your forte.
