I personally do not consider badges given by @steemitboard is promotion. It is simply the notification to users about blockchain activity their post/comment generated.
Should it comes thanks to bidbots use, and do you or the community disagree with it, then up to you or the community to react to avoid it.
Should I remove "Congratulations" in @steemitboard's comment and replace it with "You bastard"?
