Weekend & Yongi

in #newweek3 days ago (edited)

Hola Monday💚

And the new week arrived uneventfully. Well, except for my lil boy, who seems to be in a different mood, he keeps howling as he plays (outside). It's been a while since he went running, so it's understandable. Probably just ecstatic to be out in the open, lol!

Anyhow, we drove to the Lil Kingdom (our old place) yesterday afternoon for an engagement. While we don't live there anymore, we are still part of the community, so keep the connection and participate in its activities. The visit turned out to be fruitful and engaging, so we stayed until early evening.

We did have another purpose on the drive—to pick up the hollow blocks we ordered previously. We used the truck and detoured to the aggregates center before proceeding to our old place.

Here, the LilGuy was waiting joyfully and curiously as they loaded the heavy stuff at the back.

After a while, he sensed the presence of an aspin nearby and started growling at it nonstop, while blowing (stepping on) the horn. As I mentioned a couple of times before, he isn't very friendly to others and is easily aggravated by anything that moves, lol!

A couple of folks commented that we spoiled him too much, and they are probably right. It made me look back a few years, and like these days, we always bring him wherever we go, so he wasn't deprived of exposure to people. Some would even hold and touch him before, but for whatever reason, he changed and became rather antisocial as he grew up (he's turning 3 in August).

Oh well, I digressed.

That wasn't supposed to be the day's story, but it ended that way. It's okay, of course. That's how ramblings go, yeah😂

Anyway, the hubby went to the other town to meet the new boys. Hopefully, they will agree on things, so they can start working sooner, either here in DD or at the other farms, wherever they prefer. Meanwhile, Yongi and I will be having a more laid-back start to the week.

Cheers to a fabulous one!🥂

Sort:

We can leave a place easily, but we can't cut the connections with people, and we stay connected even if we go far.
In case of spoiling Lil Guy, I think it's not entirely wrong.

Yes, we are human beings after all, hence we keep most of our connections.

Yes, we don't say yes to all of the LilGuy's wants. He's quite disciplined, he is just very territorial😅

Naging introvert na siya sis. Ng IBA na Rin siguro pananaw nya habang tumatagal😁.

Sending you some Ecency love!

Cheers!

Thank you so much, I appreciate it :)

Hahaha he's really angry there 😂

Who knows, seems like a bad experience with humans, maybe when he wasn't with you?

Yeah, haha. He sometimes frightens people along the way when he suddenly growls at them😅

Some people would say that "it's just dogs being dogs" !INDEED! 🐶🤯😅 !WEIRD !HOPE !PIXY

You're probably right. Some are territorial, my lil one included

Imagine your (little) dog considering your sofa as its territory, not allowing you to sit there at all (unless you first give your dog a treat) !INDEED! 🐕🤯😆 !WEIRD !HOPE !PIZZA

Thankfully, he shares spaces with me, even without a treat😄
