Recently I went to visit one of my sisters and she gave me a little bag of hazelnuts. I came away happy with this gift and I confess that I had never had whole hazelnuts in my hands before.

Last week was one of those times when you feel very overwhelmed and burdened by so many responsibilities, to the point that I felt in an emotional collapse, my week started spectacular everything was going like any other day, until we moved to Tuesday and my colors began to dull by adverse situations, a problem arose with a coworker and I did not know how to handle the process, so my subconscious began to take its toll.

Welcome once again to my blog! Today I will share a tutorial where I will show you how I created a unique and special floral ornament for my wife @yale95reyra. Floral ornaments are not only beautiful, but they are also a lovely way to express love and appreciation towards someone special. And since I believe that every day can be February 14th, I decided to give her a small gift. For the creation of any floral arrangement, the main thing is to find the right inspiration and select the right flowers. For my ornament, I was inspired by my girlfriend's favorite colors and her preferred type of flower.
In this tutorial, I will guide you through the steps I followed to create a floral arrangement that I hope will inspire and help others to create something beautiful for their loved ones.

The chicken thigh is for me the most delicious part of the bird for its soft, juicy and tender texture, also because it contains more fat, which when cooked leaves a delicious tender flavor, a positive part of the thigh is that it can be done in many ways, fried, stewed, roasted, there are countless dishes that can be created with the thighs that way we can see how versatile it is, at home it is consumed a lot so I strive to prepare it in many ways.

Good morning, dear community, today we are going to prepare a delicious breakfast with eggs, asparagus and farinheira😱, now you may wonder what farinheira is, here in Portugal it is a typical sausage from the area that is used as an accompaniment to some dishes, especially stew. Portuguese, it is made with peppers and spices mixed with ground pork, in my case I love mixing it with scrambled eggs and asparagus for a delicious dish, if you can't get this farinheira you can use chorizo of your choice.

There are repeated times that it is best to take a soup, consommé or vegetable cream, I mean this type of food that contribute to our body welfare for the substantial and comforting that are usually digested very well, especially before any physical discomfort or sadness that is worth saying how uncomfortable it is usually so and that is when it is required to consume a favorable food that gives us comfort to feel more relieved in those moments. Also very convenient on a rainy or cold day, so as to have a pleasant temperature in our body, all this and more can be achieved. So, I try not to miss a rich soup, even once a week I prepare it. Besides that the body asks for it, but when I do not have all the ingredients, my option is a cream with my favorite vegetable which is celery, its sweet touch contributes to create a delicious flavor that with few ingredients I get to delight me to savor this cream.

Welcome to this blog and to this post dedicated to the animals that are exhibited at the Museum of Nature and Archaeology (MUNA), located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. In my previous post, I told you about my experience visiting the museum: Visiting a Museum of Nature and Archeology in Tenerife🏛️🌿🏺. I took too many pictures on the day of my visit, so I decided to share several posts about it on my blog.

I'm back after who knows how long. February has been a roller coaster for me. The team I handle has been growing, the samples have been starting to pour and I'm nervous about this new hire i have because he's a little incompetent in the lab. He says he has experience but basing on how he moves in the lab, i sometimes think he might be lying.

He calls himself Pando and used to bring me these pieces as a gift in gratitude because I tried to teach him to read and write and I always helped him because his family did not take care of him much. He often came home and sometimes had dinner with us. I always had a lot of affection for him. Very recently I found him again in the Candelaria carnivals dancing in the children's comparsa and I took the picture you will see below.
