OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1631st compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

I have often heard lately: "you should be resilient". What happens is that they tell you the should but in most cases they don't give you a how. Of course we should try to achieve it but if we stop to think who we tell, many times that person is not clear on how to get there.Developing resilience is a process, full of advances and setbacks. It involves deciding to face failure again and again, always with the conviction that each time I do so I learn something.

Greetings my dear people of @music-community, it's been a while since I've shown anything musical here. Today I want to share with you a song that I discovered a few months ago, thanks to a dear friend who is in Bogota and who is also a drummer in my rock band. We are always sharing music with each other, it's a bit like a way of artistic feedback. For food the saying “You are what you eat” applies and in music I am convinced that “You are what you listen to” applies even more. You can't make good music by listening to bad music, and yes, although it's hard to admit it, there is very bad music out there and it's easy to get sidetracked and choose the easy and trivial path. I am still a romantic, and I still love poetry and the depth of words in music, the tragic melodies etc..

For this Wednesday Walk Challenge hosted by @tattoodjay, I'm taking you to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts aka MBAM. Actually, there's an exhibition on two great artists of modern art, Georgia O'Keeffe and Henry Moore that I didn't want to miss. It closes on June 2 for those interested 😀. Buttoday let me show you to the different buildings that make up this Montreal cultural institution.

It is one trait I grew up knowing from my part of the world. I enjoy the smile that graces people's faces, knowing it was because I did something good for them that made them feel that way.

The act of saving is something I learned from a very small age. I loved saving so much, and I could hardly remember spending that money on myself. It is either giving out on a loan that won't be received or halfly received or given to help a friend in need. That was how things were. And I do know that my desire to gifting people really made people take advantage of a little child, but they never knew their cheating nature makes me learn more about life.

Hello hivers. The initiative proposed by @mipiano for this month of May is stuffed animals, although I don't have many, I have some so I decided to participate hehehe. When I was little I didn't like those baby-type dolls that most girls play with as mother and all that, I liked other types of toys, and among them were stuffed animals 🧸.
