OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1912th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

In the small town where I live there is an undeniable darkness and I am not talking about the weather, I am talking about the storm of thoughts that dull the brightness of all of us as Venezuelans when thinking about our future, this seems like a dead end, destined to discontent while we see how our hopes disappear with every breath.

I am pleased to share my interpretation with the «Yesterday Once More» , a beautiful ballad played by the Duo Carpers. I am sure they will remember the voices of the Richard brothers and Karen Carpenter. This song was composed of Richard and John Bettis, and was included in the album "Now & Then" of The Carpents, released in 1973. His melody is lovely, it is as if you knew her all life. I confess that today, while looking for a song to play, I found this piece. First I found a more Bossa Nova version, and finally a version closer to the original. The lyrics talk about youth and the influence of music on happy memories. I like rhythm with a soft battery accompaniment. The tempo is moderate and relaxed.

Hello friends of the Hive and Music Community. Welcome to another video for my channel, it's been a while since I last posted here, not because I didn't want to but I've been doing a thousand things and this time I'm going to dedicate time to the things I want to do this year and one of those is to continue with my Recorder tutorials.

A cordial greeting friends, wishing you a new year 2025, prosperous and in good health, the images that I present are from the center of the city, where the coming and going is constant, as it is a sector of much commercial activity and political activities, we can not get to the center of Caracas, if we do not go through the Bolivar Square, and some historical places of the city. At this moment I was on my way to do some shopping and on the way, I wanted to photograph some buildings that are located around the Bolivar square, which are part of the historical burden of our country.

It was almost night when we passed by here because we were working overtime. My superiors had already ordered food through a phone call, and when Ma’am gave the signal, we were told to head to Penong’s because the food might be ready for pickup—we were really hungry. So, my co-working students and I headed there to get the food.

Vibes web3 music competition week #27, Happy new year guys. I'm really glad to be here again this year, super grateful to God for life and good health. It's really amazing to see the growth of this community, no doubt vibes is the biggest music contest on web3 and I'm proud to be affiliated with this family 😊. For this week's entry I decided to do a cover of "I'm not the only one" by British vocal powerhouse Sam Smith, although I didn't do it on the original key of the song as that is a bit above my range. I worked with my producer to tweak the key to my range and recorded it at home, I really enjoyed making this one as it's one of my favourite songs of Sam Smith. The song is over a decade old, it was released in the year 2014 but it still bangs to date. I hope you guys enjoy 🎧 my performance of this record.
