OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2065th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Hello friends of Hive Open Mic, welcome to my first performance for this contest and this community, which is now in round #271. I've been wanting to participate for a while but haven't had the chance, so let's go all out this week.

How are you spending this great weekend? I am really happy to be back on this global stage. I am pleased to sing a song that moved my soul since I heard it for the first time. For this week 271, the theme is: “The Mountain” and I found a song by Colombian singer Juliana Velásquez called “Montaña Rusa”, I definitely loved it.

Yep, this morning I had a fit of minimalist rage and cleared some books off my bookshelves and emptied a couple of file boxes of old travel brochures.

I stacked the books in the spare room ready to either give away or to consign to the recycled paper dump at one of our local supermarkets. I've had some of those books for decades. Perhaps I should write another blog post about them before I get rid of them

At the beginning, finding pink objects seemed to me a great challenge... but, little by little I was surrounded by pink objects. And let's not forget that we are in the middle of the umbrellas and pink books season... which I will talk about later, accompanying my words with the corresponding images.

Life is divided into stages, those moments in which we realize that they will not come back but that undoubtedly left a beautiful experience that makes us feel very happy when we see the pictures again and we remember how we felt at that moment.

Hello lifestyle friends, I hope you're all doing well. A few days ago, a coworker ordered a double beaded necklace, my first double choker. She had the perfect idea of what she wanted, and although I put it off because I was really afraid I wouldn't be able to complete this project perfectly (yes, that's me), I took it upon myself to research, watch videos, and especially how to tie the knots, because that's my Achilles' heel.

Today I decided to play it again, since I feel it has earned a place in my personal repertoire. So here’s my piano version of this beautiful song.

So initially, my friends and I were really craving Korean food, then we found Chadol Gujeolpan. From the outside, it was already tempting—the lights were warm, the design was cool, and most importantly: the Korean vibes were really there. There are cute characters in front, so we automatically took a photo spot first 🤳✨

But what kind of nonsense is that? Aren't there evil people who harm their own children? Aren't the news full of heartbreaking stories of abuse and abandonment by bad parents? Those questions, along with the close stories of friends and acquaintances with adoptive mothers and fathers, with stepfathers and stepmothers, who gave everything for their children, to whom they share a bond stronger than blood, were my arguments against his words.
