Unnecessary fat and a dent in our pockets are the aftermaths of the
festive period. After the many celebrations, and feasts, we tend to
add a little weight along the line, which would be visible when we
have struggles with our jeans. When we notice the extra skin on the
sides of our stomach, we become self-aware and body conscious, that we
become sensitive as to what we wear.
Ready to take it up a notch? You can start by burning the what I like
to call, the Festive Fat. Some of us don't have the time to visit the
gym but we can start losing the weight right from the comfort of our
homes. All you need is a good airy space, and a long mat.
You can start your day with the simple and basic exercises before you
head to work or do your chores.
The basic exercises are:
Stretches: you start by spreading your legs and arms wide. And you
stretch front back and sideways.Abdominal Crunches: mostly known as sit-ups when you lie down flat
on your back and you bring your upper body up and slowly return to
your initial lying position.The Lunge: also known as one-legged squat when you bring out one
leg and you go down very low.Press-ups. I think I don't need to explain this. wink, wink.
These exercises are to be done regular. Three days a week at least.
And you need to watch your food intake.
Do this, and you will see your result within weeks.
