Current Plan of operation:

• The old No Loss Lottery required you to deposit Leo, and your Leo was then deposited in Cubfinance, as a Liquidity Provider, and the earnings were the prie every week.
  The new No Loss Lottery will only accept an HBD purchase of a token on Hive Engine, the HBD will be held in the wallet savings account, earning 15% APR, which is paid monthly. The monthly payments for the Savings account will be split between paying interest to the token holders in the form of higher buy back price on Hive Engine and providing monthly prizes to ticket holders, using a random number generator.
  This allows ticket holders to redeem their ticket for HBD once a month for the highest price, or anytime between interest payments for the last established price.
  This is all on the blockchian, so ticket holders can check the No Loss Lottery wallet, and also Hive Engine to verify the Adminstrator is following the rules and both prizes and interest are being paid.
