One of the most important thing you got to do as an architect is to read your building site. Understand it in every level you possible can. Where does the cold northern wind come form, where does the sun rise, how many people are going to use it.

Often theres an issue at a site that can be delt with. In this case the family that use this cabin has asked for a an extended kitchen making more room for dinner guest as well adding two bedrooms and increase the stander of the existing bathroom.

Visting the site is just the first step tough.. As the next steps will be idea sketching then drawing precise blue prints and finally building it.
