Someone we lost back in June

in #nostalgia8 years ago (edited)

Hello there everyone, a thousand blessings upon whoever is reading this. In these times, there are moments in our lives that are currently making us lose something or we're losing everything. Such as a loss of a friend, family, or someone you wanted to meet so badly but couldn't be able to, (yes, I'm talking about Christina Grimmie). last year's June, she was taken away from us by a psycho named Kevin James Loibl, Kevin had no previous records of such behavior, never killed anyone before, infact, he had no intentions of killing anyone at all, The guy had only one problem, his brain chemistry was messed up, he was anti social or socially awkward, The point is, he was just obsessed with her, He even emailed Mrs. Grimmie last year about how he want to marry her and such stuff like that, but in a creepy way. Mrs. Grimmie was always so busy that she never get the time to reply to those email, and when Kevin realized that Mrs. Grimmie haven't replied yet, he gets the idea that, killing himself along with her, is going to solve problems, they are gonna meet in afterlife, and live happily ever after (Really messed up ideology right here, similar to ISIS) I always wanted to get to know her too personally, but hey, I guess we are never gonna be able to, i'm sorry.
This story isn't just about Grimmie There are other people that left from this world in the past, There might be some of the nicest people on the earth the most humble people that I wanted to be friends with, but I cannot be able to, cause they are gone now, I was too late.

I made this post because I wanted to make sure, we remember the people we met in the past, the roads we crossed with them together, the creatures we cuddled in the past, the innocence of a kitten we saw. I wanted to make sure we remember it all, if not for everyday, then atleast for a single day. Memorial day shouldn't be limited to soldiers or military or workers, it should also be for those who made their first step when they were born, or for those who wanted to take their first step but couldn't be able to make it.
