This car needs a lot of work, and someone is doing it right now. He just walked off out of view before I took my shot. Somehow this car was not there a few hours later, so did it get successfully repaired or wasit towed away?
I’m betting on the repair. A major difference I find in SE Asia compared to the West is the resourcefulness and ways people make do.
Another difference is seeing vehicles worked on in very random spots. I used to see the big car service centers and I do not think I have ever seen one here. In the US I lived in places where you would get tickets and fines for working on your vehicle on your own “private” property. I think that would be rare here.
Remember the “Cash for Clunkers” program in the US a decade ago? Maybe SE Asia is where those cars ended up.
