My name is Pedro but my mother calls me Pedo. I am from ugalich in Anambra State of Nigeria. It is ranked as the poorest village in African. I grew up without a silver spoon, raising me by my parents was Hard work. My village had no electricity, the nearest hospital to my village was 18 miles which have always left us vulnerable.

I was born on 18th of May 1960 before Nigeria got her independence, My father. Mazi Uchena William told me how they were forced to deliver me at home because they could not get a car to take my mother to the hospital. It was so bad that only one bus come to my village and only does two trips and that was the end for that day.

My father was a poor High Cheif, a farmer on five plots of lands whose only income depends on how cassava makes each year beautiful. My mother Chineye Williams is a full time housewife but had a mini market where she sells the likes of kids needs. We name a the wooden shop Chi Chi International supermarkets. It sounds funny but my mum was an advocate of writing your dreams where you can see it everyday that you may not forget what you want to be.

The day I was born was the most joyful day in my family clan, been the first grandchild and the first son... my father was so proud of himself as he sees himself been a man to have a male son first. My mother was so happy because of the speculation that have always spread around the village that she could not have a child. The only special day in life is the day you were born, every other day becomes a mystery, life began with a cry and continue with tears . It was a real hard life. Imagine the hardest thing ever and think of the possibility of a man been in that situation.

As I grew up day by day, I got to understand more about life, my mother always cared for me but my father wanted me to learn so much about life as fast as I can, my mother call tell me stories as much times as she want too. We were poor but we were happy.
But one day when I was 7 years old. Everything became sour. Something bad happened
