Today I will post for the purposes of blockchain registration the repair service carried out on this overclock machine known as chinesinha referring to OS171

The machine arrived with the information that it was not forming a stitch.

The following defects were found:
1- gap in needle bar bushings
2- top and bottom looper with broken tip
3- serration lower than the needle plate
4- transport system running in reverse
5- faulty cutting system.
6- machine stalls when turning the steering wheel
7- threads with severe wear causing incorrect tension in the upper looper
8- Stretches the upper looper thread with a tear in the hole causing thread breakage.

The repair was started by disassembling all the necessary parts to allow the reduction of play in the axles.

Then the needle bar bushings were removed and replaced.

The loopers control rod was rectified and smoothed with grinding compound to remove the lock.

The loopers were replaced and the whole system assembled. Needle bar assembly completed

The entire adjustment process was started, with the centering of the bar on the needle plate, then the correct height of the needle was placed.

Then I moved on to adjusting the loopers, taking care to respect the minimum looping time of 3.5mm in the lower looper and the perfect crossing with the upper looper, which allowed the upper looper to advance by a maximum of 10mm in relation to the needle. I got to the point where the loopers approach the needle leaving a gap of 0.05mm with a 90/14 needle.

Then I went to rectify the wire tensioner with a mini-grinder to remove the tear in the hole.

The cable gland had to be replaced.

Polishing was given to the discs of the tensioners that showed wear and scratches.

All parts were lubricated with oil recommended by the manufacturer.

The threads and thread were passed to perform the sewing test.

I used several types of mesh and fabric and the result was great.

Hoje vou postar para efeitos de registro em blockchain o serviço de reparação efetuado nesta máquina overclock conhecida por chinesinha referente á OS171

A máquina chegou com a informação que não estava formando ponto.

Foram verificados os seguintes defeitos:

1- folga nas buchas da barra da agulha

2- looper superior e inferior com ponta quebrada

3- serrilha mais baixa que a chapa da agulha

4- sistema de transporte rodando no sentido inverso

5- sistema de corte defeituoso

6- máquina apresenta um travamento quando roda o volante

7- passa fios com desgaste acentuado originando tensão incorreta no looper superior

8- estica fio do looper superior com rasgo no furo originando quebra de fio.

Foi iniciada a reparação desmontando todas as peças necessárias para permitir a reduçao de folgas nos eixos.

Em seguida foram retiradas e substituídas as buchas da barra da agulha

Foi retificada e amaciada com massa de esmerilhar a biela de comando dos loopers para retirar o travamento.

Os loopers foram substituídos e montado todo o sistema.

Efetuada a montagem da barra de agulha

Foi iniciado todo o processo de regulagens começando pela centralizaçao da barra na chapa de agulha, em seguida foi colocada a altura correta da agulha.

Depois passei para a regulagem dos loopers tendo em atenção respeitar o tempo de laçada mínimo de 3,5mm no looper inferior e o cruzamento perfeito com o looper superior que permitiu o avanço máximo de 10mm do looper superior em relação á agulha.

Cheguei na parte da aproximação dos loopers na agulha deixando uma folga de 0.05mm com agulha 90/14.

Depois fui retificar o estica fio com mini-retifica para retirar o rasgo no furo.

O passa-fio teve que ser substituído.

Foi dado um polimento nos discos dos tensores que apresentavam desgaste e riscos.

Foram lubrificadas todas as partes com óleo indicado pelo fabricante.

Foram passados os fios e linha para efetuar teste de costura.

Utilizei vários tipos de malha e tecido e o resultado foi ótimo.
