Oh! It's been a while since the last time I posted and share a dish here at hive. Writing recipe/food blogs were my favorite and with that let me share my new easy recipe of this dish.
This recipe can be cook my amatuer in the kitchen like me. It will just be needing few basic ingredients that you may already have. See the list below:
Ingredients:
½ chicken breast slice into medium to smaller pieces
1 pack all purpose cream
1 can mushroom
3 cloves of garlic crushed
1 medium size onion sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Here's how:
1.Cut the chicken and wash it several times, then add some salt and allow it to rest. In that way it will be slightly marinated with salt and it excess water will comes out. Drain and set aside.
2.Saute garlic and onion then add the chicken. Stir and combine together. Allow the chicken to turn a bit white before adding mushroom.
3.Add some salt and cover and let it simmer for few minutes stirring occassionally.
4.Then add mushroom and stir in. Cover and allow to simmer for 1 minutes.
5.Pour in all purpose cream and stir occassionally until it thickens. Also add pepper and 1 tsp of sugar to balance everything.
6.Cover and let it rest for few minutes before serving. Best serve with rice or bread. Enjoy!
It is extremely delicious and flavorful. I love how it taste and doing this recipe for the first time makes me wanting for more. It is creamy and actually wonder it is best for pasta as well.
