No doubt, modern life has given us all the luxuries of life. But at the same time, we have also become so hectic that most of the time we even forget to be happy. In the process of making more of a luxurious life, we forget to also focus on making a true life and that is to be happy everytime, everyplace, everywhere, in every circumstance, and which is more important.

A life is not actually a life without being happy. Happiness is the key to life. So, no matter what we do and what we do not, one thing we must make for sure - we must smile, laugh, and be happy in any circumstance. And that way we win life, we easily win what we want, we win it all.

Be happy always, even if you are busy, even if you are not, even if you have enough, even if you have not. Just be happy. Because when you keep yourself happy and content no matter what, then even the biggest problem seems slightest to you, you understand live, then you live life.

1. Be Grateful

No doubt God has showered us all more than we deserve. It's just that in the will to want more, we forget to count on the already blessings in our life. So, to be happy, the basic formula is nothing but just to count on the blessings in our life. And when we'll deeply focus on the blessings in our life, in no time we'll get millions and billions of reasons to be happy.

2. Have Sound Sleep

Good sleep has a direct connection with good body and good mind. A 7-8 hours of sound sleep keeps a person healthy and wise. And then when we'll stay fit and our mind will work, ultimately we'll stay happy.

3. Read Books

According to many sources, reading helps you distress and make you feel better if you are having stress. Reading good books can distract you from your stressful world and take you to a beautiful world full of solutions and new perspectives.

4. Write

When in a bad mood, you can write all what you are feeling in a journal. Believe me, you'll feel better and light. Also, your mind will relax so you can focus on the solutions more. Hence, you get a reason to be happy.

5. Help Others

Helping others is the best way to boost your confidence and feel good about yourself. When you help someone in any way, be it passing on a smile to someone, distributing creative gifts in orphanges, old age homes, doing charity, donations, or anything else, you get so positive vibes that you feel like God has his hand on you and all your wishes come true.

Spending time in nature, walking, exercising, meditating, working out, doing yoga, disengaging yourself from social media for a while, decluttering your things, learning something new, being creative, waking up early, going to sleep early, surrounding yourself with positive people are some other ways to keep you happy amidst the chaos of modern life. :)
