Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Entering into new projects keeps me active, I consider myself one of those people who feels a special attraction for study and research. In addition, I am convinced that the mind must be kept in motion to preserve its longevity, that age is a number because only the body and soul determine the stages of the calendar. Reflecting on my life, I am sure that God placed me in Cumanese lands, to which I arrived about 25 years ago, coming from La Guaira, where I was born and remained until my early youth, a time in which I decided to look for in another horizon reasons to evolve personally. A few months after arriving in Cumaná, the Vargas tragedy occurred, fortunately my family survived the disaster. I have a single sister, (@/mergusa88), who lives on the island of Margarita, also belongs to this hive.

Good morning my friends of this community, my name is susmari, I live in the beautiful and spectacular country of Venezuela, specifically in the state of sucre, Cumana, which is a state located in the east of the country, where there are many beaches, beautiful landscapes and the sun is in all its splendor.

Near Cumaná, capital of the state of Sucre in Venezuela, known as the First Born of the American Continent, is the town where we were born, Marigüitar. This territorial enclave populated since 1700, sleeps on the shores of the Gulf of Cariaco in the course from west to east of our state, with a usual heat of around 28 degrees.

First of all, I'm Apple 🍎 and yes, that's my real name. People often ask me that so let's get that out of the way first.

Born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, I was quite the introvert that most people don't expect. I lived in the province my whole childhood days and wasn't fond of getting out of the house. With my resting-b*tch-face, first impressions would be like " Oh I though you're snobbish" or "I thought you were ignoring me" or "You look scary" and many more. Well in my defense, I don't know how to talk to people I just met and now as I'm older, I have bad eyesight which makes people think I am purposely ignoring them. But anyway, I do talk a lot when I am with friends or when I get comfortable enough. And I am currently working on my social skills (even though I don't really meet new people unless required 😆)

My name is Ronnie, but you can call me Nacht. I got my username from my favorite anime series, "Black Clovers". I'm 25 and from the Philippines. Besides watching anime, I enjoy working out whenever I have free time, playing guitar, and listening to many types of music. I enjoyed listening to Taylor Swift, Panic! at the Disco, Paramore, My Chemical Romance, and Twenty One Pilots

Yes, I am precious. My real name is Precious Pearl. Some of my closest friends call me “Brebre” in short and that’s my nickname. I wonder why my nickname is far from my real name, but one thing is for sure, that should be “Prepre” as my late grandfather called me back then, and later on, it became Brebre. Filipinos used to have a repetition of syllables for nicknames and maybe that is the main reason for it.

Greetings dear people of this great blockchain, today I introduce myself to you telling you about my goals, my passions and about my family or in a few words my biography. But before I start I will solve that little question that you will have because as every person the curiosity and intrigue invades very easily our mind and what question I'm talking about? Well, it is very simple, why did you enter this world? The answer is very simple my dad @/omarcitorojas and my mom @/milik80 encouraged me to be part of this platform, however I always wanted to be part of hive to see the wonderful work that my dad does but I never had the opportunity until this day and I am grateful for it.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
