Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello, HIVE, do you want to know me? It's me, ensquared. Please welcome to my wonderful little corner of the internet. So hello ladies and gentlemen, gays and lesbians, by the way I am 20 years old and I will turn 21 on September 22. I can't believe I am no longer a teenager huhu. I live in the Philippines, particularly in Carcar City, Cebu, which is known as the heritage of the town (I'm encouraging y'all to visit my hometown soon. It's very nice place). I am currently an irregular student of Cebu Technological University. For those wondering, I became an irregular student because I just transferred and shifted my degree program. I can firmly testify that the program that I chose right now is life-changing. Being an irregular student has taught me flexibility, resilience, and the value of determination. It’s not always easy to negotiate shifting schedules and academic workloads, but these circumstances only fuel my perseverance to succeed.

I am Kate Veronica Samong Gonzaga but you can just call me Kate. I’m from Sabang, Danao City, Cebu, Philippines. My name is too long, right? I always struggled a little bit with my name as growing up. I always struggled to keep up with all of the school activities when I was younger because I took so long to write my name. I always fall behind everyone else. Gladly, I learned to write more quickly now, lol. 😬

Hi, everyone. My name is Lynn Michaelah P. Bequilla, 20 years of age, currently residing in Tingo, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. I am the youngest among my siblings and the única hija in my family. I am excited to share all the journeys that I have partaken in to become the person I am now. Therefore, sit back, relax, and enjoy the rest of this narrative.

Way back in highschool one of my dream courses was to take a computer related field specifically Information Technology course but things happened I didn't go to my dream school. I ended up in Bacolod City College I didn't regret going to this school since I met a lot of friends that I can actually lean on and also I met the love of my life, cringe right? but that's life haha. After spending years taking this course I definitely had fun there may be pressures but with the help of each other things get bearable.

Marie is my pseudonym and I wanted to be called by that name since it's close to my real name. I am 163 cm tall. People usually ask me if I have foreign blood because of my looks. According to my mom, we have Indian blood, on my father’s side, they have Spanish blood. Our family is originally from Luzon. When I was four we moved to Cebu because my aunt (my mom's twin sister) opened a small business here and they needed manpower, and my late mother didn't want to be separated from her twin 😅. Growing up in Cebu; feels like a vibe of originally from here. This beautiful island welcomed us warmly. And a strong sense of local pride. Our family started from scratch until we were able to buy some properties. This is where I studied, and began to build my own family, and this is where my mom passed away. I have a lot of enjoyable and heartbreaking memories here, But I still love Cebu! I am proud to say that I am a Cebuano by heart.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
