This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello, Hivers! Good day, I'm Cion 20 years of age, I'm currently living in Bacolod City, Philippines. I have 2 siblings. I'm the only son and also a big brother in our family. My father works as a farmer while my mother is a house wife.

I am Manasseh Gaya but friends call me Mana. I'm from Nasarawa State, Nigeria. I'm a drummer and I'm very enthusiastic about it cos I know the sacrifices I've made to become a drummer.

Hello Hivers !☺️ Meet Cathy ✨.22 year old Cebuana with roots in The "home of governors" Manlapay , Dumanjug Cebu but now currently living in Poblacion ward2,Mingglanilla ,Cebu . I am the third child among my 4 siblings ( 3 girls and 2boys),we are not totally close with my siblings but if we need each other we are just one call away and I think that's the unique relationship we have as brothers and sisters.

It all starts when I am born. If you were born in a big family. I am not one of the lucky ones, I grew up in a shitty lifestyle with my parents, they put pressure on me to live each day. I am just the last born and I should not have an opinion. As I grew up, I had to break a lot of habits and eventually change my mindset for the better.

Today I was thrilled to finally be joining this vibrant community. At 22 years young, I'm navigating the exciting, sometimes chaotic, world of a college student, a barangay tanod (peacekeeper), and a son deeply grateful for his incredible mother. I hail from the beautiful city of Naga, Cebu, Philippines, and I'm currently in my third year at Cebu Technological University - Naga Extension Campus, pursuing a Bachelor of Industrial Education. My goal? To graduate, make my family proud, and give back to the woman who has sacrificed everything for me.

Little did I know that at this very young age, I could be able to discover something significant that I can put on my life and that is expressing through writing. This is my first ever to try blogging in my entire life so basically, I am excited!

I also like to draw and that's why I chose to study painting at Unearte, where I met my teacher Nahu Padilla @nahupuku who told me about this Hive blockchain. There are several things that I don't like such as being yelled at going upstairs, elevators and enclosed places with many people and staying up late, on the other hand there are things that I like such as listening to music, putting on makeup, walking with my friends, making crafts with my mother, using perfume and being fashionable. On the other hand I have a nickname which is Lunitallena, gorda, princess, mami among others.

Lovely day, queens and kings! The amazing Kina has just arrived, and I am absolutely happy to be here! I am very excited to join Hive. I can’t wait to make progress alongside each of you. I am beyond excited to introduce myself, and I hope you all are just as excited to read my enchanting and amazing introduction.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
