Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hey everyone! My name is Ololade Salimon, and I’m the only child of my parents. I’m currently in my final year studying Communication and Language Arts at the University of Ibadan Nigeria.

Now, I strongly believe in the phrase "no man is an island" because connection is indeed one of the means for survival. I have learned it the hard way and even now, I sometimes experience having a hard time when it comes to communication. However, I can say that my communication skills are very different from how I communicated back then. I learned to connect with people, and now, I have healthy relationships with my family and friends.

Happy to celebrate soon that I will turn 23 this year. I'm one of those people who radiates a happy go lucky energy when I'm with my closest and trusted companions. I will be introducing myself in a creative way wherein I will be expressing myself in a artistic way as I am an aspiring artist that is passionate when it comes to arts and crafts. I am proud to say that with my own motivation and skills that I have aqcuired throughout those years I have lived in this planet, I overcome everything, every own problems and mistakes with art by expressing my feelings and deep emotions with whatever I could think of or what I was inspired to create a piece of art.

I think you're probably wondering who's this girl in the picture right? Well that's me. Hi everyone it's me Justine. Some people assume that I am a boy, but I am actually a girl. I was named this because I was born on Saint Augustine's feast day. I have a lot of nicknames. My family calls me “Tine”, my friends call me Neti because of my Facebook account, someone dear to me when I was in my highschool days called me “ Astin” and when I entered college some of my new friends call me “Tiny” because they saw me as a petite girl, small girl, with 4 '9 height. I have a black curly hair, a deep dimple in the right face, a cute smile and what I love about my features is my eyes. My zodiac sign is Virgo.

My name is Apex, I'm from Lagos Nigeria. One unique thing about me is my Curiosity. I’ve never been one to ignore a “What’s this all about?” moment, and that’s exactly what led me here. The idea of Hive piqued my interest, and as an inquisitive mind, I just had to dive in and experience it firsthand. So here I am—ready to explore, connect, and contribute to this buzzing community.

You might be wondering who this new face is here. Hi! My name is Aleyssa Quiñones, and you can call me "Lysa, Leys" or whatever you're comfortable with. I am brainy and a bit silly at the same time, haha. I'm 23 years young, and I guess I look younger than my age, especially because of my height. I am a third-year student majoring in Hospitality Management at Cebu Technological University-Danao Campus. Actually, this is not my first choice; it was either accounting or business management, but the campus doesn't offer these courses, so I chose BSHM instead.

A pleasant afternoon, Hive community! Here are some bits of my story, welcome to my intro blog!

First of all, I am Alexander Quiñones and I am 21 years old. I'm an incoming second year college student taking a Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education Major in Home Economics at Cebu Normal University— it's a state-funded higher education institution in the Philippines. As a student, the things that I'm passionate about right now are my grades, responsibilities as an organization officer, and exploring things that I'm unaware of myself.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.

If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
