Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Muhammad Heru Darmawan. My friends know me as Eru Awan. I was born in Binjai-North Sumatra, Indonesia in 27 years ago.

I am the second of three siblings. I’m single, but I choose to live alone. Maybe all of you are wondering why do I choose to live alone? It is Because I want to learn to live independently and feel the freedom. But, of course still under the supervision of my parents.

My name is Sergio Abbandonato, I am 23 years old, I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. I studied sociology at university and I am currently working on my qualitative thesis to finally obtain my degree as a sociologist. In the future I would like to talk to you a little bit about my career as well, I don't know exactly which person said that when you get to a certain moment in your life if you look back you will find several points that connect.

Hello blessed day, arriving to Hive, my name is Leidimar Carvajal, born in December 83, in the city of Cumaná, Sucre state, Venezuela. Where I still reside with my family, Cumana is the first born of the American continent, a city that has its charm in the hard working people from sun up to sun down.

Hello reader friend ,my name is Ariday. If by chance you are saying, what a curious name, well, what do you think if I tell you that it is something ingenious, that name is the same as my mother's, but in reverse. If you want you can stop for a second and see. Interesting, right? It should be noted that from my point of view it is something that I find very nice and special, she is my role model and having her present even in my name is a feeling that welcomes me every day.

my name is joseph, a graduate of political science from the University of Ilorin, a school that is known as the better by the far university and in truth is the better by far because year in year out she graduated students who are worthy in learning and character who made an impact in Nigeria and the world over.

My story begins in the era of shoulder pads, hair spray, sequins and glam in Caracas Venezuela, on November 29th, yes! 1981, when I decided to make my mom spend almost 8 hours in labor, I think at that moment she realized what awaited her, an extremely restless and stubborn girl. I had a normal childhood and a mother dedicated in every way, a loving, fun and protective father, four years later my twin brothers arrived to break my reign as the girl of the house, but I already had company and with whom to plan mischief, we played a lot with anything we invented a super race car, it was inevitable to fill the floor with soap and slide for hours.

HELLO...!!, my name is Barbara Villegas, and yes, I think I have a lady's name, well I really do, it's the name of my paternal grandmother and my middle name Estefania after my maternal grandmother, anyway, yes I'm Doña Bárbara hahahaha. I have many lady obsessions, one of them is to hate seeing things dirty or ugly, broken, faded, yes, I am, but when I have many other things to do, my obsession with cleaning calms down because I'm busy. I am 29 years old, on March 13 I will be 30 years old, how nervous I am going to the 3rd floor and I confess to you that my knees already hurt, confirm if it happens to everyone at this age or is it just me.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
