How to stop yourself from Overthinking at night time

Hello to all,

In my today's blog, I wanna share some useful techniques for stopping yourself being overthinking when you go to bed for sleep. Many peoples are facing this problem but we have to try to stop them for our mental peace. I'm not saying that is a big mental problem this is natural that could be happened to a normal person but we have to know how we can stop it.

Here I'm gonna share some techniques.

Create a Pre-Bedtime Routine
Before going to sleep your mind and body need time to relax, keep eye on your daily routine life do meditation, take a warm bath, and read a good book that will help you sleep well. Switching off all the devices before going to the bed is the most important thing that most people don't care about it.

Write down your thoughts
If you noticed yourself being overthinking during night time then you can write down on a paper or journal in which thoughts will be racing in your mind. In that way, your mind will be free from extra thoughts which cause disturbing your sleep.

Practice mindfulness deep breathing
Daily guided meditation and deep breaths will help you to keep calm in your mind and body. When you find yourself overwhelmed being overthinking and you're suffering from not being able to sleep at night time then you need to fix that issue by doing daily at least 10 minutes of deep breathing you can do that even in the morning time. This will help you to throw away your negative thought and help to stay calm every time.

Focus on more positive thoughts
Overthinking means you often have negative thoughts in your mind that can be the reason for distracting your soul from being negativities. You should try to keep your thoughts always stay positive and challenge yourself whether they are true or not.
