Thanks so much Tor! I'm going to do more of these silhouette-style paintings, but I think the next one I'm going to stay with the original mix. I start by mixing the paint directly on the canvas in circular patterns and then I smooth it into linear color waves and gradients. I think the next one I will stop before smoothing it down to the waves.
