Being More Healthy

in #palnet4 days ago

2025 was a very lazy year, my Parkruns stopped and focusing on better health didn't exist. Two reasons for this one was just lazyness and feeling down to much with cost of living and the second is a possible Hernia scare but with the docs not doing anything i see no reason why i should not be trying to get on with life.

Over the past week i have made a new strava, the reason being my account was old and on and old email that i no longer had access to. Secondly i will be joining my local gym as i have found a friend i can go with on a regular basis.

Health is very important and honestly after a year of being lazy and eating garbage i have seen the effects, obesity, tiredness and lower mood. There are probably more but you get the picture, it is simply time i take a stand and change up my lifestyle. More walking, more Parkrun, more gym, better eating swapping chocolate for fruit and snacking less and focus on nutrition rich meals with some added vitamin pills like Omega 3, Magnesium, multivits and live healthy baceria.

I don't expect massive changes i just want to spend less time doom scrolling and when im not on hive i want to do something other than sitting around. you can find my Strava here

2026 is our year! Thanks for reading.

I've followed you on Strava. I hope to see your times improve this year. I think it's easier than ever to lazy around watching streaming services or doomscrolling so we need to get out more. It can be fun.
