How to Overcome the Panic Situation

Hello to all,

I had no idea what to write today because of the panic situation where I live. Imran Khan who was an EX Prime Minister of our country survived a lot for getting his seat once again while the opponents of Imran Khan was continuously pushing him to down for no specific reason. They are still trying to let down him by making false accusations. Don't know what is going to happen next, for now he is arrested by such culprits.

The whole situation gave me an idea to write about the panic situation. That's how I came to this topic. Panic situation could be of anything so I am going to talk about in general.

Take Deep Breath

In the panic situation, our breath becomes rapid and shallow this is why we need to take slow and deep breath to relax. For relaxing ourself it is necessary to focus on your breath going in and out. This will generally calm you and regulate your breath.

Identify the source of panic

First of all, you need to figure the actual causing matter of panic situation that you are going through so identify it and address it. I would like to quote a generic example that if you are worried about the deadline of the project that you are working on, make a plan ahead and work accordingly to avoid all of this mess which can create a panic situation at the end point.

Practice relaxation techniques

There are many relaxation techniques which you can practice to calm yourself. For example, muscles relaxation exercises, yoga and meditation which could be of any form that can relax you. These all common practices helps you to feel free of anxiety and stress. So work on it or you can make a habit of it so that you won't get panic attacks any further.

Seek support

If panic situation becomes worst for your mental healthy then do not hesitate sharing with your loved ones such as friends and family. Otherwise, go for some professionals to seek help and share your feelings to process them. Gain a different perspective on such panic situations from such people by sharing what you think.

All of the steps that I shared above take some time and practice so be patient with yourself and keep practicing such things to avoid further likewise situations.
