In the garden in front of the house there is a passion fruit tree and I will make passion fruit syrup from two passion fruit that I picked from the tree.
I cut the ripe yellow passion fruit into two parts and took out the flesh. I put it in a large glass then I added a few tablespoons of granulated sugar.
I pour hot water and stir until it dissolves and combines the passion fruit pulp and granulated sugar. This is the result in the form of passion fruit syrup with a slightly sour taste but fresh enough to enjoy on a hot day.
