"Connecting the world to the World Wide Web"
I remember when TV’s were the sizes of refrigerator, when telephones were the sizes of phone books with cords the sizes of cable wires. When games were nothing but a ball going back and forth or a line swiveling across the screen being a snake and how not to long ago, it was yesterday, Now look at us today in this decade 2017 21st Century. We’ve advanced more than most expected. From the “ Lazy Bone “ Remote control in 1950 that had a cord as seen below by Zenith Radio Corp.
Zenith Radio Corp " Lazybone"
to a wireless remote control called the "Flashmatic" that was developed in 1955 by Eugene Polley. Then with the blink of an eye, we went from computers to Internet to the World Wide Web.
History:
“ The Inter Galactic Network”
The first description of the Internet was then introduced in the year of 1962 written by Internet Pioneer and Hall of Famer, J.C.R. Licklider in a series of Memos describing an “ Intergalactic Network “
“ The Internet” On January 1, 1983, ARPANET funded by the U.S Department of Defense had adopted TCP/IP. So he (Tim Berners-Lee) marshaled their researchers (Arprenet) an began to assemble the “network of networks” that became todays INTERNET .
Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (ARPANET) was an early packet switching network and the first network to implement the protocol suite TCP/IP. These two technologies became the technical foundation of the Internet. Starting from there, the future was closer than we had expected it to be.
" The World Wide Web " Then in 1989 an English Scientist by the name of Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web.
The on-line world then took on a more adaptable presence. Computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee not only did he invented the World Wide Web. He also wrote the first web browser, and the fundamental protocols and algorithms allowing the World Wide Web to scale.
During that time many of businesses, firms, refused to take heed and adapt. Then found out later on the results and the dramatic repercussions it had. While the Internet gave way and made an impact on the future. Yet the world benefited because of the Internet's disruptive technologies. The people who knew about how to use these technologies rode the wave of financial success & for those who was not educated or far from technology felt the effects and saw the consequences.
With the success of the (World Wide Web) providing wealth with little shared prosperity. As you and I can see. There has to be some equality for us as people today. The world wide web has reached out to have such great durability and the Inernet itself has proven to be durable somewhere in the time span of 30 years. Technologies today need to have shared propsperity.
With that in mind please follow me and find out what the future has in line for you and I.
