It looks like in our society, we develop the allergy to anything different from young age.
Life teachs you that from very young age, most memorable point for the majority is the school.
At the school you getting nagged even on the smallest difference.
Thus what most of us learn?
To comply.
And then, most of us waste the energy to comply and afraid to stay behind.
Maybe you single, not thin enough, or not yet got proposal...
Well shame on you they say.
But there is a paradox here.
Not a single change went through the stage of reasistance from others.
Does it good?
Well if your kid is bullied it sucks, but when you want to create a business you better have strong vision and passion, and it is a test.
The weak will comply, the strong will innovate.
What you can do with that information?
Well, be aware of how your brain tags people and search for anomalities.
Understand that different is not always a bad thing.
If you feel different, make sure it pays off and your purpose is strong.
Point your difference only when it makes sense, you don't want to constantly fight with others, focus on your purpose.
Ressistance is natural, educate your children to looj at things the right way.
