Shrimp Fried Chicken Meatballs
Material :
350 grams of chicken thigh fillet cut into small pieces
150 grams of shrimp
50 grams of chicken skin and fat

300 grams tapioca flour
How to make
Put all the ingredients into a food processor, flour, baking powder and baking soda
Puree the material until it is really smooth
After smooth, transfer the dough to a large container, then add flour, baking powder and baking soda
- Just stir until blended, don't stir too long, the stir will become lumpy
5.Heat the oil over medium heat until hot then change to low heat, spoon the dough into the oil and fry until cooked for about 35-45 minutes, don't forget to stir every 3 minutes on low heat and don't put too many meatballs in the pan

5 garlic
2 handfuls of curly red chili
1 tablespoon vinegar / tamarind water
1 tablespoon bottled tomato sauce
1 tablespoon bottled chili
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt / mushroom stock powder to taste
500 ml water
