and what exposure and shutter speed did you set it up to get such a sharp photo.

Hi. It is high speed taken hand held from a moving boat at ISO 100, f8, and 1/1250 of a second using a Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM at 400mm.
