Probably, every person has something in memory that they want to forget but it constantly floats to the surface like a float and there is something that they want to remember but it dives into the depths of memory like a heavy cast-iron anchor.
On the one hand this may introduce some discomfort, but, on the other hand when we manage to raise this anchor to the surface and a large fish is able to drag the floating float to the bottom diverting our attention from something bad, we come to the understanding that our life is more interesting than us it seems lol.
My memory is not that good, most of the time !LOL
