I really appreciate the lighting and background that set the scene. You have taken simple poses, lighting and composition and created photos that demand a second and third look. Recently visited an exhibition at the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum - it was all about time, from exposure to the time the viewer spent looking at the photo. The exhibition made me think more about the later, which I now think is the most consequential aspect of photography, an aspect you have down pat.

That is a great compliment, thank you very much! I always aspire to create photographs that hold ones gaze for more than a millisecond like what we are used to doing in this current climate of scrolling through social media and having an influx of images.
