Amazing Passing of a Storm

Hi all,

Just wanted to share with you some pictures that I love and I think are amazing.

These were taken in Victoria, Australia about 250km West of Melbourne.

We were at a winery for a friends 30th and the day was BEAUTIFUL AND SUNNY when all of a sudden out of now where we saw an amazing storm front gathering with lightning and thunder in the distance.

From this photo above, within 10 minutes this squall was on top of us and we all had to take cover indoors as the rain was amazingly heavy but there was a massive amount of lightning as well. The event only lasted about 20 minutes then we were able to head outside again as the sun was shining and made for some amazing contrasts in nature.

Just another great example of how powerful and beautiful nature can be at the same time.
