Funny to come across this today. I never make PB cookies because I have 2 kids with PB allergies, but I needed a snack for my husband and had a jar of natural PB from Costco approaching it's date so I decided to make some. The PB had separated, so i poured the oil in and blended it well with the eggs before adding the solid part of the PB. It all looked fine until I added the sugar-It turned into an oil slick! Yuk! I've been adding extra flour and even powdered sugar and it's still a gooey oily mess. I frozen half and refrigerated the other half to see if that helps, but it may go to the trash- or the chickens... :-)
Anyway, next time I'll follow your recipe, It looks amazing!
@crowbarmama Oh, I've had similar experiences with peanut butter in baking before. I hope they turn out alright. So good to hear from you.
@gringalicious Well, hubby likes them, so at least they didn't go to waste! Btw, I finally checked out fast-reply because I've seen you use it. What an amazing game changer! I think I saved myself at least an hour by using it today! So, thank you!
@crowbarmama I know, it's the best! I always feel so grateful to my friends @roxane and @oroger for creating it. They're amazing people.😀
@gringalicious Seriously! I'm still so impressed by how much time it's saving me! And I don't even have the volume of comments to respond to like you do! Super cool!
@crowbarmama 😀
