It is one of the smallest birds living in Europe and, at the same time, it is very brave in defending its territory. It is very interesting that in his territory, during the breeding season, he builds several nests, most often very low in the bushes, and he attracts females to each nest separately. So the male is very busy when he is feeding the chicks because he has to supply food to several nests.😃

Dzisiejszym postem chciałbym Wam przedstawić strzyżyka (Troglodytes troglodytes).
Jest to jeden z najmniejszych ptaków zamieszkujących Europę jednocześnie bardzo waleczny w obronie swojego terytorium. Bardzo ciekawym jest fakt, że na swoim rewirze podczas pory lęgowej buduje kilka gniazd najczęściej bardzo nisko w krzakach i do każdego gniazda z osobna wabi samice. Tak więc samiec w okresie karmienia piskląt jest strasznie zapracowany ponieważ musi dostarczać pokarm do kilku gniazd.😀
From my experience, I can say that it is not a timid species, on the contrary, you can observe it very closely and of course, take pictures. It is enough just to sit relatively still and without sudden movements, and after a while, the birds get used to us and do not treat us as a threat, of course, if we do not exceed their safe distance.
Most of the photos presented here were taken from a portable hideout (tent), but the male wren felt safe enough that he set up one of the nests 20 cm from my hideout. When the female started incubating eggs, I stopped using the portable hut and left it in place until the chicks left the nest and became independent, so as not to stress the birds unnecessarily.
Z mojego doświadczenia mogę powiedzieć , że nie jest to gatunek płochliwy, wręcz przeciwnie można naprawdę z bardzo bliska go obserwować no i oczywiście robić zdjęcia. Wystarczy tylko siedzieć w miarę spokojnie i bez gwałtownych ruchów , a już po chwili ptaki się do nas przyzwyczajają i nie traktują nas jak zagrożenie oczywiście jeśli nie przekroczymy ich odległości bezpieczeństwa.
Większość zdjęć prezentowanych tutaj przeze mnie zrobiłem z przenośnej czatowni (namiotu) jednak samiec strzyżyka czuł się na tyle bezpiecznie , że założył jedno z gniazd 20 cm od mojej czatowni i gdy zorientowałem się , że samica zaczyna w nim wysiadywać jajka to zostawiłem czatownię na miejscu i przestałem z niej korzystać , aż do momentu gdy pisklęta opuściły gniazdo i stały się samodzielne, by niepotrzebnie nie stresować ptaków.
