A few weeks ago I posted a photo of the "Wasserturm", one the emblem of Mannheim, Germany. It is located in a public square called "Friedrichsplatz" or Frederick's square. It was build between 1899 and 1907 and named after Frederick I, the Grand Duke of Baden, who ruled from 1856 to 1907. In 1964 it was rebuilt after the bombardment of the city in the Second World War. The photo was taken with my phone a sunny day last summer. I hope you enjoy it.
