Hey sweet girl! I had no idea you were sick! Of course, I am glad that you are better and even happier that it wasn't death-defying. :) Did your son get sick too?
Both of my sisters were sick, one still is. She is auto-immune, and she takes a little longer to get better. You are always missed. xo

Didn't mean to worry you, Denise. I got it a few months back; it wasn't a big deal; my son had a sore throat for one day. I took vitamin C, D and zinc, melatonin and quercetin; you might recommend that to your sister if she is not on a protocol or has no access to one. I got it on amazon.
I am happy with the choice I made wrt to those shots, but I do worry for those who chose differently. The same protocol that helps one during the illness is a good one to follow after the shots too.

OK! Now I feel better. I would say that most of my family or extended family really have gotten I've gotten it. Nobody in my immediate family has. The one sister that does have it has been on a regiment andI thought she should have it prior to getting it, I am taking C/ D zinc melatonin and everything else. She started taking it a week after she got sick . Hopefully she'll continue. Half of my family is vaccinated in the other half isn't . Most of them got itI am glad to hear that you are well and that your son was not very sick either. Love to you woman and I'm hitting the bed. Good night
