The Power of Thoughts

Good day dear community, at the beginning I would like to welcome you all to my new post and hope you had a day that has been full of positive experiences! In this post, I would like to talk a little about the human psyche and hope you can expand your knowledge.

The thoughts of humans are usually more than you would like to suspect and on a mental level there are strong forces that can specifically be used in such a way that they influence life but first of all it is important to know about them and it is possible to learn how to influence the thoughts in a certain direction. That the psyche is one of the most powerful keys of people, knew already the old alchemists and with the help of the thoughts it is possible to change the feelings or actions and roughly on this level a distinction is made between spontaneous or long-term thoughts and of course there are numerous influencing factors or stimuli from outside that influence the world of thoughts and the right mindfulness and focus on the thoughts is of great importance in this context and if you reflect with yourself or the own thoughts, it is important to dissolve the blockages which prevent it and if you are in a loud place you should look for a quiet one to devote to the own thoughts. Everything is closely related and so it are certain actions that are influenced by the emotions and one with a positive way of thinking is more likely to manifest positive things than when you are sad or angry which can often lead to wrong decisions. In the long term, negative thoughts can lead to a strong change of the mental level and the feelings of hatred, anger or fear are reinforced and particularly irrational thoughts are even more dangerous in this regard and if you have to deal a lot with negative thoughts in your life, it is particularly important to reflect with yourself and not to be blinded unconsciously by your feelings and through the right mindfulness it is much easier to deal with these kind of thoughts.

With positive thoughts, it is also easier to feel better even in difficult situations, which should not mean to walk around with pink glasses but learning how to adapt your thoughts to the body and the subconscious also plays an important role and many of the actions are often deeply anchored there and the understanding of it is also of great importance to better control the mental level. Here it becomes particularly interesting and the own emotions are also often associated with the development of diseases and the wrong thoughts can also lead to the development of diseases and conversely, the right ones can also cure them and a good example are negative thoughts and if you can't control them, can change the nervous system. It can lead to stress or even shock-like states which severely restrict the energy and can lead to a whole range of physical symptoms such as shortness of breath, stomach pain, headaches and many more and fear is also a strong emotion that can strongly influence the behavior. If you think positive, this strengthens the entire immune system and has also a positive effect in the acute case and if you should be sick, the right way of thinking is particularly important and a good example is if you have been diagnosed with a disease and as a result, the pressure increases enormously and you fall into a kind of panic state which is controlled by fear and if you can control your thoughts in this case, this has a positive effect on the healing. I would like to mention that in case of illness, you should always ask your doctor or pharmacist of trust about the correct use as well as possible side effects in order to avoid complications!
