Sure is! I think all plants look interesting in Ultaviolet, but some more impressive than others.
Yeah it does look alot like alovera, it is more cactus than succulent though.

I think it looks unique because cactus do not have leaves, so for them to absorb light they must do so all over their surface. Making them look ghostly.
