How to make Konafa with Almonds
I present to you my way of preparing kunafa with almonds, one of the most delicious desserts.

Ingredients:
Kilogram of Kunafa hair
Three-quarters of a cup to a full cup of vegetable oil, melted butter, or ghee
Two and a half cups of Hijazi almonds
tablespoon ground cardamom
Two cups of syrup.
How to prepare:
Crumble the kunafa hair with fingers into small pieces using a quarter to half a cup of oil.
Grease a medium-sized tray with oil and put half the amount of kunafa hair in it. Press the konafa hair well with hands.
Boil the almonds, peel and fry until golden. Almonds are ground and mixed with cardamom powder, then distributed over the kunafa in the tray. Pour the rest of the Konafa hair over it and smooth its surface with your hands.
Pour the rest of the oil over the tray and bake the tray in an oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until its surface and heels are brown.
Take out the tray from the oven and pour the cold syrup over it. Leave the tray aside to absorb the cold syrup, then decorate with ground pistachios and serve lukewarm or cold.
note :
The same method can be used, but by using muffin molds or small metal circles to obtain individual pieces.
