Do you appreciate art in the city?

I personally love seeing buildings decorated in beautiful art. I feel it adds personality and gives the city a type of culture. I know the word "art" is subjective, but what I don't like seeing is the random tags from people who mark up buildings without the owners consent.

What are your thoughts on this?
