A long while ago, I had the opportunity to go to a cooking event. It presented some of the most famous dishes from the Gangwon province in South Korea, the province that hosted the Winter Olympics of Pyeongchang in 2018.
The chef Kim Soo-jin gave us an exhibition of 3 different dishes. The first one was Deodeok bossam, steamed pork with Deodeok roots. The second one was Gondeure Beoseot Bulgogi, Korean beef barbecue with mushrooms and Gondeure vegetables. And last but not least, a corn jelly dessert.
This pictures were taken with a Fujifilm X-E2 and the food was delicious. Yes, I repeated several times.
